Introduction

Hi there :) This is a blog that will (hopefully) help me to lose some weight. I'm hoping this will motivate me so I can stop feeling so lethargic all the time. I got the idea from a fitness magazine, but if it doesn't work I'll probably delete this. I'm not looking for loads of followers, but if you find that this blog helps you then feel freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :))))
